I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for everything!! The photographs were second to none and I could not fault any single thing about you. It was down to you that the day ran so smoothly and everyone who should have had a picture taken was there and standing where they should be, thanks to you!!

Having been to a wedding recently at the same venue as ours (Shotton Hall) the photographer used that day was nothing in comparison to you. He worked for a company and you could certainly tell as it didn’t feel personal the way ours did, you knew who was who, where they should be and exactly what was what – I now appreciate that a lot more having been at my friends’ wedding and witnessing the very chaotic photographs.

We feel you went above and beyond the normal duties of a photographer and made our day so special with perfect photographs we will cherish forever, not to mention your hardwork with our DVD footage (which our whole family loved by the way).

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and everyone and will definitely be in touch for family portraits as our new family begins to grow.

I was married in Newcastle upon Tyne.  Finding a photographer who would provide a service we were looking for at the right price proved very difficult.  However, after looking at many websites I stumbled across David Bousfield. His website showing his work was impressive together with his personal profile.
David visited Kevin and I at our home to discuss our requirements. David was very professional, listened to what we said and provided valuable assistance when planning the day.
When the day arrived, David was waiting at the venue to greet me with a warm and encouraging smile. He was extremely professional both in his dress (smartly dressed in a suit befitting the occasion) and his interaction with the guests.
David’s rapport with the guests was outstanding.  Everyone warmed to him immediately, my young grandchildren who had major roles to play in the ceremony and throughout the day posed beautifully for him, again a testament that they had taken a great liking to him.
We are delighted with the results; David has captured some really special moments between Kevin and I as well as our guests.
I can honestly say that David enhanced the success of our day.  All of our guests commented on what a great guy he was and Kevin and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

“The most important part of the planning process for us was finding an excellent photographer. After meeting about 15 different photographers we found David Bousfield whose work is amazing. David first did an engagement shoot for us and when we saw the photos we knew that our wedding album would be really beautiful. David made all the guests laugh and feel comfortable throughout the day, his non-intrusive, easy going nature made it very easy for him to work alongside the videographers and all our other vendors.
